Well, it has been a week of following my eating plan, and I have not cheated once! It has also been a week of a ‘dry’ lifestyle for the month and that is going smoothly as well. It is not as challenging as I thought it would be, especially after all the overindulgences of the holidays! The whole thing is more about changing habits than anything. Not going for that after-work glass of wine but rather having tea or water. I can’t lie at first it is a little tough to retrain the thought pattern but overall it is not too bad. It probably helps
